Headshots for your Team

Getting headshots for your team does not have to be a headache. I really mean that. The blockers that keep people from scheduling headshots for their team are concerns over scheduling, figuring out what you’re looking for, and finding the right photographer. Also, there are almost always other pressing issues that take priority and photos get knocked down the to-do list indefinitely.

If you are a business owner and have been putting off headshots for yourself and/or your team this play-by-play is for you so that it feels less daunting:

  1. Find a date or two a month or two out that you can ask everyone to be on-site. This is often a day when everyone is in the office anyways for a meeting.

  2. Find a couple local headshot photographers available that day. Get a few quotes based on what you’re looking for and chat with the photographer email/phone to get a sense of if you think it would be a good fit.

  3. Book the session.

  4. If you book me, I’ll email you a “how to prepare for the session” link as well as “day of schedule” so you and your team know what to expect.

  5. Day of session details:

    • set-up 15/20min

    • 5min per person (back to back)

That means even with up to 10 employees the entire session is done within an hour. Within a lunch break!

After that, you’ll receive a gallery of retouched images and you’ll get to select your favorites for download.

It’s a piece of cake!

Shout out to Cornerstone Health of Evanston for booking me for their team photos in February! Their site looks great and I’m honored they trusted me with their headshots.
